The Stages SB20 uses standard 31.8 clamp road handlebars. By using existing handlebar designs, all of the controls for the bike are removable and able to be installed on another set of drop handlebars. Any handlebars with a 31.8 mm clamp can be used on the Stages bike. Optional accessory shifters can also be used to add shifters in other locations, such as to aerobars.
