How do I turn off the Stages Solo tablet?

Modified on Mon, 17 Mar at 11:49 AM

The Stages Solo tablet should remain on during club hours so the Stages Solo bike is always ready for your clients. To prevent clients from powering down the device, there is no “off” button on the tablet. The screen will switch to screen saver mode after three minutes of inactivity.

Another reason for the tablet to remain on during club hours is to receive new downloads and software updates. The Stages Solo system has a default “sleep” time between midnight and 4:30 a.m. Downloads and updates are set to occur during this time. The system needs at least four hours per day of “sleep” to accommodate this process.

The “sleep” time on the stages Solo bike can be adjusted to fit your club’s needs better. Club Administrators will need to contact Stages Indoor Cycling support and let us know what “sleep” time you would prefer. Times must be on the hour or half-hour.
