Overview
A step-by-step guide to replacing the USB PCBA.

Tools required
- 3 mm hex key
- Flat-head screwdriver

- USB PCBA (000-7942)
Replacement instructions
- Unplug the bike.
Make sure the bike is unplugged at the lower stabilizer, not just from the wall. - Warning: Make sure the StagesBike is unplugged before doing this step
Remove the phone shelf cover from the handlebar extrusion.- Using a 3 mm hex key, remove the 3 M5 button head screws from the back of the phone shelf cover.
- Using a 3 mm hex key, remove the 3 M5 button head screws from the back of the phone shelf cover.
- Remove the USB PCBA.
- Remove the micro USB pigtail from the retainer.
- Remove the PCBA.
- Unplug the connector.
- Remove the micro USB pigtail from the retainer.
- Install new USB PCBA.
- Plug in the new USB PCBA.
- Place the USB PCBA in the slots located in the base.
- Route the micro USB pigtail (using a flat head screwdriver or similar tool) into the retainer on the base.
- Check USB port locations to make sure they are aligned with openings.
- Reinstall the phone shelf cover.
- Install the shelf cover aligning slot with the PCB Board.
- Reinstall the 3 screws on the underside of the cover using a 3 mm hex key.
- Once all the steps are complete and the repair is done, the bike can be plugged back in and used again.
